We accept returns within 30 calendar days of product delivery. The item must be new with tags and the customer must be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm the refund via email.
Used items are not eligible for return/exchange.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of product delivery. after 30 calendar days, we will, at our sole discretion, offer exchanges for non-sale items only. Please contact us directly to confirm that the item you are exchanging is available or requires a return authorization. Any items returned without doing so will be rejected by our warehouse.
- Items must be in new, unaltered, odor-free - unused condition with tags attached. No exceptions.
- Sale items do not qualify for exchange.
Yes, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us.
Once your exchange is set up, we will suspend your item. While we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item, so we recommend that you send your item back as soon as possible.
You will receive an email when your item arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again when your redemption is complete (within 7 business days).
