Important tips: Since our belts are hand made to order, we start scheduling production after you place your order. Therefore, you cannot easily cancel your order after placing it!
If you insist on canceling the order, we will deduct a breach of contract fee and refund the remaining amount to you. The specific amount is based on the number of belts.
However, a full refund is available for non-personal reasons:
1. logistic reasons: no shipping service to the customer's area;
2. Seller's responsibility: the product is out of stock and the customer does not agree to exchange it.
3. Overtime failure to ship: the order has not been shipped for more than 7 business days after it was placed.
