Shipping

We are not responsible for packages returned to bb-belt Warehouse due to incorrect shipping address.

Any items/parcels lost in transit will receive a refund for the product.

Orders will be shipped once all items can be completed in the purchase. Packages will be shipped according to the latest reservation date unless otherwise noted.

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the in-stock date at the time of purchase. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. Please wait 48 hours to update your tracking information.

If your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, you will have different logistics waybill numbers.

Timely delivery is governed by the terms of service issued by the carrier. Please note that natural disasters, holiday delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in shipping delays and postponements.

Carriers

Packages will be shipped via USPS.

USPS will make one or two delivery attempts at its sole discretion. If no one is present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pickup at your local USPS office or returned to the sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local USPS office for details. (Note: We are not responsible for packages returned for address reasons, so please be sure to fill in the correct address carefully.)

P.O. Boxes

Orders using a PO Box as the shipping address will not be processed.

Taxes

For the sake of our customers' shipping experience, you are not responsible for any taxes or fees as long as you purchase products from our store. All taxes and fees are covered by us.

Returns and Exchanges

Store Policy: For in-store purchases, we accept exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds and all sales are final.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of product delivery. The item must be new with tags and the customer must be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm the refund via email.
Used items are not eligible for return/exchange.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of product delivery. after 30 calendar days, we will, at our sole discretion, offer exchanges for non-sale items only. Please contact us directly to confirm that the item you are exchanging is available or requires a return authorization. Any items returned without doing so will be rejected by our warehouse.

- Items must be in new, unaltered, odor-free - unused condition with tags attached. No exceptions.
- Sale items do not qualify for exchange.

 

Do I have to pay shipping for the exchange items?

Yes, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us.

 

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

Once your exchange is set up, we will suspend your item. While we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item, so we recommend that you send your item back as soon as possible.

 

How do I check the status?

You will receive an email when your item arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again when your redemption is complete (within 7 business days).

How long will it take to receive a refund?

It will take approximately 7 business days to complete after your item is received at our warehouse.

Q. Why do I need to register?


A. By registering, you are creating an account that only you can access. You can access your account using your email address and the password you create. Registration allows you to purchase items without having to enter complete information each time, and also gives you the option to receive notifications of special offers, new items, and more.

A: We make every effort to keep enough material in stock to list items on our site. Sometimes we do sell out of certain items. If you order an item that is out of stock, this will be reflected in your final order confirmation.

A: If you need to modify your order information, please contact us via email (service@bb-belt.com). Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to an order once it has been shipped.

Q. I have a gig/deadline to meet on a specific date; can you deliver by that time?

A. We will do our best to meet our customers' deadlines. However, due to the high demand for our products, sometimes it is not possible to meet them on time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please make sure you place your order in advance so that the chances of missing the deadline are minimized. Please note that BB-belt does not guarantee to meet any deadlines and therefore customers cannot use this as a basis for cancellation of orders.

Q. What if the shipment does not match the order?

A. If the order arrives damaged or not as confirmed, please contact us and provide your order number as proof and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

Q. Can you provide shipping information?

A. Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery time is typically 10-15 business days after your order is complete and leaves the warehouse, according to UPS schedules. Weekday delivery does not include holidays and weekends. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a street address. (Physical address). A signature is required for all orders to be delivered.

Q: What if my order gets lost in the mail?

BB-belt will be responsible for any lost shipments, but is not responsible for shipments that fail to be delivered because the customer's address was incorrectly filled out. If USPS Delivery Confirmation or USPS tracking confirms that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office or a place where USPS may hold it for you. You must resolve any disputes directly with USPS.
